You agree that neither CPWL (or its directors or employees) nor the administrator (or its directors or employees) have any responsibility or liability for any transaction undertaken between you and another person as a consequence of a listing on this site, any misuse of your information by any person, any misconduct or any other act or omission of any person including any person that has registered on this site under false pretences or who attempts to defraud you.

You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name, email address and password. Therefore, we recommend that you keep your password safe and do not disclose it to any third party.

CPWL and the administrator may collect the following personal information about you when you register on this site:

• the date of any listing you created;
• the information about your listing (such the number of Shares you wish to buy or sell and the price of such Shares); and
• the date any listing was removed or transaction was completed.

CPWL and the administrator require this information to operate and manage this site. CPWL or the administrator may use your contact details to contact you about your listing when necessary. However, CPWL and the administrator will not use your contact details for any other purpose.

Neither CPWL nor the administrator will sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless CPWL or the administrator is required by law to do so. CPWL and the administrator may disclose your personal information to relevant law enforcement authorities if they are obliged to do so.

You may change your personal information listed on this site at any time using your username and password. Neither CPWL, nor the administrator, are in any way liable for any errors in your personal information as listed on this site.
